Account Suspension Reason

Marketiva Account Suspension Reasons
If our system detects duplicate accounts or accounts opened from the same location, the system may suspend or, in case of newly created accounts, disable them. If you did not previously open any other account, please open your new account and upload your identification documents described at https://www.marketiva.com/index.ncre?page=identification page. You will then need to contact us on the live support channel accessible through our web site, so we can verify your documents. Please do not use the Streamster software before your documents get verified; otherwise your account will be disabled again.

Reset Account
If your windows layout shows of only one window, while you successfully logged in, you need to reset your windows layout and your rates, chat and news subscriptions, by following the simple procedure explained at https://www.marketiva.com/index.ncre?page=reset-account page.


Easiest Way to Trade & Resources
The easiest way to start trading is to click on a market instrument in a price window. When [Send Order] dialog shows up, you can set [Quantity] field to 1 or more (depending on the amount of money you have on currently active trading desk). When you click OKbutton, the order will go into the market. Practice Virtual
We strongly encourage users to practice with virtual money, for at least several weeks, before starting to trade on live trading desks. Each user gets virtual $10000 on account opening and this virtual money can be used for practicing. There is no limitation on how long a user can trade virtual money only
